From what I found, this is the only hotel in Marshfield with both a pool and hot tub. The heated outdoor pool and hot tubs were awesome, although the bubbles didn't seem to work. There was also a sauna, but we did not use it. The terrace also included a sitting area with a stone fire. While we would have preferred it be open even later, the pool was at least open until 10. Nice hotel, friendly front deck staff, room was clean with a spa, the only down side was the fitness room was not up too standard, the water was not working, the tread mill half worked and the staff had to use that bathroom which was kinda awkward. In the morning, i want to say it was 9:00 the cleaning staff was knocking on doors trying to clean the room. I has the "do not disturb" on the door but they still wake me up with all the yelling in the hallway..... Room Services!!!! I will come back...

Very nice property. Courteous staff. Breakfast was good. Reasonable rates. Large rooms. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Pool area open from 10 - 12 adults only.

Very friendly staff, comfortable mattress an pillows. this may sound goofy, but, they have the chair height toilets which is so much better than the usual cheap hotel toilet that’s about 6” tall. Only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed on Sundays. Judging from that one would assume that the food isn’t good enough to bring in local customers.

The hotel was perfectly acceptable. The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. There for a wedding so we weren't at the hotel much. The only negative was the terrible road construction in the area otherwise it was all good.

Mom and I had a wonderful working trip experience to stay at a beautiful quaint hotel & resort. When I booked the hotel, I didn't know that it was a historical hotel & resort until we got there. Tucked back into the Northern woods of central Wisconsin with it's lovely fall colored trees over looking the lake. Breath taking.... The hotel rooms were nice and clean.
