"Great hospitality! Great Resort! Great Authentic Jamaican Food! Great Spa! Great room & location!! My only downside was that the abundant amount seaweed needed to be removed from the beach 😞😞 I only wanted to enjoy the beach and it was very difficult with seaweed in over 90% of the water. I asked the seamen and they stated that the hotel needed to clean it out. Not sure why that hadn’t happened by April 2025. This hampered my visit and my expectation of being in the water. 😞😞"

"I have always wanted to stay at Jewel Grande to get away from the excessive excitement of other hotels, we definitely wanted rest and relaxation with some entertainment. First off, the property is gorgeous, that view as you exit the main lobby is breathtaking, the pool overlooking the sea is a welcome to your vacation confirmation. The staff is very helpful, warm and friendly. That for me is worth the cost of the trip. There are 3 buildings and shuttles to take you from building to building with minimal wait, on some occasions we walked as the weather was very nice and there are shady areas. The check-in process was smooth and we got to our room and was wowed by how much space we had in our junior ocean front view. The bed was comfy and the room was clean, there was a little residue in the soaking tub but room service took care of that on our request. Let me get to the food, which is one of the reason I booked this hotel...if you want authentic JAMAICAN FOOD, hands down you won't be disappointed. We had jerk chicken, jerk pork, escovietch fish and ackee and sailfish. You name it we had it even though I wish it had more variety it was delicious. We didn't get to try the spa on this trip but me, my wife and my son (7 years) had a blast. Shout out to all the folks in the kids club, even though it was not busy most times my son did not want to leave and made friends! Big up to DJ rickey red, M&M and Nikki for the pool actives. Sadly, the hot tub was not working and mineral bath."

"Just finished our 4th couples trip (3rd to CTI). Staff remembered us from a year ago and we remembered them. Quality drinks and the food is fantastic. All staff are friendly and even though the resort could use some updating in the rooms, we don’t spend much time in the rooms so it doesn’t matter to us. Beds were quite comfortable (medium firmness but comfy). We are already planning a return visit. The value for the money is my biggest thing in a vacation and honestly tower isle can’t be beat. It’s a slower paced resort with options to stay as busy or lively as you’d like too. Highly recommend!"
