"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is extremely convenient, with great access to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and everything else Colorado Springs has to offer. The property was great all around. Communication with property management was top notch as they even reached out to warn us of an unexpected winter storm that was occurring on the day of our arrival. Highly recommend!"

"The breakfast attendant really needs to step up their attention. Green eggs are not appealing, half empty chaffing dishes. The shower head needed replaced in my room (308) no water at all came out. The hotel is beautiful otherwise. Was convenient to everything, the wedding venue. Thanks for a good stay "

"The property was in the best location. The mountain view was beaitiful. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The pool was down during our stay due to a mechanical issue and that was one of the reasons we got the hotel which was disappointing. They were offering free cancellations but we had already checked in when we learned of it. All in all, it was a great stay with VERY comfortable beds and very quiet. "

"Room was nothing like the picture. Smelly, holes in the wall, sheets with spots on it, couch had stains all over it. Overall, this hotel needs a renovation from a real professional."
