Great Visit. Staff was great. Had a few problems with water due to broken pipe but staff handles well. Food was amazing. Not just for hotel. All around!

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel and it's always very consistent. We will return.

Loved the room, but the location is across from the bus station with lots of wandering homeless people.

I was so happy with this hotel! They went out of their way for me, especially the night clerk Rian! She helped me immensely and I'm eternally greatful for her help! I hope she sees this! Quick trip, I really appreciated truck and trailer parking.

We had a great stay in Aug 2017. Everyone at the hotel was super helpful and accommodating. One of the managers even greeted guests at breakfast to see if anyone needed anything. And speaking of breakfast, what a spread! There were so many delicious choices and everything was so fresh. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was minutes away from prime attractions, like Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. If we return to the area, we'll definitely stay here again.

I booked a one-bedroom suite for 3 and they automatically upgraded us to a 2 bedroom. It was lovely. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Nice decor and a full kitchen. The breakfast that is included was impressive. I've stayed in more expensive places with less for a buffet. They had eggs and ham, a waffle machine, oatmeal and everything in between. Great place and very reasonably priced.

We came to town for a Family function. When the other out of town family members found out where we were staying, they decided to stay there also, even though they had picked a different hotel.

Judy at the front desk was marvelous!! They also had a nice pool and fitness center. Breakfast was good and not overpriced. They put up pretty Xmas decorations while we were there! Everyone who worked there was very helpful and pleasant. Above expectations!

The property was in a perfect location for all of our adventures for our family. The front desk staff, especially Pauline, waiters and bartenders were very kind, professional and courteous. Thank you!

Clean hotel. Indoor pool and fitness center. Surrounded by a few restaurants. Friendly staff.

The overall experience was excellent. However, there are a few areas for improvement. There isn't a microwave in the room. The orange juice was watered down. The waffle batter was watered down.

It was such a great room. It was amazingly clean and beautifully designed. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I don’t think I’ve ever slept so well in a hotel bed. The only complaint was that the room was kinda noisy and there is an additional charge for parking which is high in my opinion

Hotel property was well maintained and easy to access from the highway. Room was very clean and lobby was inviting for those wishing to relax or entertain company. Staff was helpful and friendly with suggestions on dining and transportation. Shout out to David at the front desk who assisted us with reservations, transportation and forgotten amenities. Thank you!

The room was so cozy, we loved it. The bed was really soft. The tub was really nice after a cold day. It had a great view also.

Wonderful and newly renovated hotel. No staff members present but none needed. Wish there were a few more open restaurants/bars.
