"Location is great. I’m an Indianapolis native so I’m very familiar with the city. I prefer to stay in this area versus staying downtown. The hotel is also connected to the mall. It’s a modern, clean, and peaceful space. The corner suite we were given was perfect. Staff were relatively friendly for the most part. Overall, no complaints. "
