"The view was very enjoyable. Weather permitting, we sat on the front porch or the sun chairs. The house is right ON THE WATER. There is plenty of room in the house. The boat dock was easy to get in and out of also. The owners were very nice and got back to me right away. "

"Brown’s Beach home worked well for our family of 11. It was very clean & had all new appliances. We loved that each bedroom on 1st level had its own separate bathroom. Driveway is a bit challenging Lorraine was very attentive to anything we needed & her staff was very nice. Schroon Lake water is so clear! Beautiful area!"

"Family vacation . 6 adults 2 kids. Absolutely gorgeous location. You have beautiful mountain all to yourself . Then can walk to the town in a few minutes with great restaurants . So total privacy but then short walk to town. Beds comfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. "

"Beautiful house and beautiful porch. Well kept and nice furnishings.Beautiful view of lake.Driveway is very steep, not to easy to get in and out of but you get used to it. Would definitely highly recommended this house.Owners are awesome, very helpful and friendly.Had a great time!"

"This is the second time that our family has stayed at Eagle's Nest. We enjoyed our time together once again. We had plenty of room and the fire pit, game room and games, sand box and canoes/kayaks were a welcome addition once again. We love the area and this home accommodates our family nicely."

"This property is great for a group outing. Spacious house with plenty of room for our group. The property is fairly secluded with a private driveway but Bolton landing is just a 5 minute drive down the hill. Large deck perfect for group dinner and a beautiful view of lake George. "

"Our granddaughter was getting married at Lake Bomoseen, only a short 3 or 4 minute ride from this beautiful house. We had our 4 grandchildren and their parents with us, this house let us spread out and have fun. We did not have good weather but that didn't stop my 8 year old granddaughter from jumping in the lake. We wish we could have enjoyed the outside more, but with a rainy weekend, we were so happy we had the expanse of this home. We played charades, games, made puzzles. This home has...
