"It was a very convenient location. There is a restaurant/bar, which was nice. The woman at the desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay there again."

"Stayed here for two weeknights mid-ish August 2026. Service was really great. Very professional and courteous. The rooms were nice enough. Ours was pretty spacious with a balcony with not much of a view (guess that is what you get for only $400/night). Pretty pricey during summer time. That said, the setting and grounds are spectacular. As they stress, a very traditional NE summer resort. We did not eat there at all and didn't partake of much of the entertainment they had to offer, but my daughters loved the ambiance, the historical buildings, the sunsets, and scenery. While we didn't partake of much of the entertainment, we could see it all around us. Regret is not spending enough time here (we treated it more like a hotel than a resort)."

"Our room was spotless and had every amenity. The home cooked breakfast was delicious. We had a lovely stay in this unique and welcoming old inn! Can’t wait to return."

"Roomy home right on the lake, with comfortable beds, large kitchen, convenient bathrooms and plenty of parking space. The host was very responsive to so a few minor issues. Beautiful area."
