"We really enjoyed our family stay at Hyatt Vacation Club at Northstar Lodge in Truckee. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Leif for his thoughtful recommendations and helpful guidance, which made planning our time in the area much easier. We truly appreciated his kindness and hospitality and had a wonderful stay!"

"Heated pool and hot tub were nice with decent bar. Spa was good. Restaurant was amazing! Parking was unexpected expense and far from resort. Bed was uncomfortable. Room phone was broken. Drinks were expensive. Spa was expensive. Couldn't get a golf T time. Overall 4/5 stars would stay again and definitely would go to the restaurant again."

"Almost perfect...I was 90 degrees when we got there and only then that we found out the entire building doesn't have AC. Not because it wasn't working, but it was never equipped with one. Having to carry all of our stuff using the stairs since there were no elevators was fine too. That AC is a must!"
