I spent 8 nights at the Novotel Brentford. It was a convenient location, we were visiting family in the area. Super accessible to the bus (which was right outside) which transported us to multiple train stations. Supermarket right around the corner, you can purchase water and endless supply of prepared food and snacks for touring around town. We bought flowers for the family at the supermarket too. Great quiet property! Would definitely stay again. Easy uber/train ride into downtown London.

My family (2 adults 2 teens) stayed at the Eurotraveller Hotel-Premier Harrow during the historic heat wave of July 2022. We were so grateful for our room's air conditioning during that time and it made staying in London bearable. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice and pleasant room and beds. Great location - only about a 10-minute walk to either of the two train/London Overground stations. Felt safe overall walking back to the hotel even at night - for a family with two children. The fast National Rail train takes only 15-20 minutes to get to London-Euston station from Watford Junction.

The hotel staff was very nice. I had an issue with a broken shower head and they fixed it quickly. They helped with local info as well. The pub was exactly what you imagine a English pub to be. Decor was nice, the staff at the pub was very friendly, food and drinks were good, and local residents at the pub were just as friendly. This was a fun hotel to stay at. The hotel a five minutes' walk from Terminal 4 departures through an enclosed walkway. Since Terminal 5 was built, the location is less busy, and the room pricing is more reasonable. Standards remain high and there is free transport to and from Terminal 4 from the other terminals.

Amazing hotel with some very nice touches. The US socket in the room was very helpful. The breakfast was top rate - better than most US hotels. Such a perfect place for our first couple days of our trip to London.

This was our last night in England before flying out of Heathrow. We found this to be the ideal place to stay on our last night. It is a beautiful location, right on the river. So you' get to enjoy your vacation up to the last minute. The pub and restaurant at the hotel were both first-rate. Our room was very comfortable, and the staff took care of our every need, including getting us a cab to the airport in the morning.

We were only in England for five days so I did not get the opportunity to enjoy the property as much as I had hoped, plus the weather was uncooperative. The staff and restaurant and rooms were lovely though. I have a local friend in chertsey who was able to drive us (me and my friend )to the nearby train station when we wanted to go into London. Otherwise it is a short Uber ride to get to Weybridge train station. The prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Watching the boats in the lock on the Thames from the hotel patio and room was very fun. Wished there were some other restaurants within walkable distance.

Friendly owner, property looks nicely kept and they are continuously making upgrades to keep this place pleasant and nice. The shower is great, with powerful pressure with the main shower head, and it has a handheld shower heaad option to the side of the main shower which is real nice. The area around the property is quiet and rich with trees and fresh green grass, the weather is cloudy at times and wet which makes the enviornment so relaxing to walk and explore.

I had a wonderful experience while staying at this lodge! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were always appropriately stocked and well maintained. The location was conveniently close to a bus stop that takes you to the local shopping center and underground station. Overall no complaints.
