Bedford Hotel

"The location was very good as it was near Holborn underground station and it was genuinely clean apart from a towel with what appeared to be poo stains on it. There was no water in the room and it didn’t have a pen too. The lady who checked me out didn’t say either thank you for your stay or check out is complete , I had to ask wether it was done or not as she was just concentrating on what she was looking g at before I asked her to check me out . Apart from that it was an ok hotel with nice enough buffet breakfast and convenient for me. Just shame some things were poor which ruined the stay really . Would o ly recommend if you’re on a very tight budget and only staying for 1 night."

"This is a modern Hotel near Victoria Station. I was impressed with the cleanliness and modern fixtures and fittings. It was slightly unusual to cross the road to reach the restaurant but once there I was very impressed with the professionalism of the catering team, and especially the management who were visible, hands-on, and supportive. I would be happy to use the Hotel again."

"LOCATION was Excellent. Would have preferred cafe option for coffee rather the full buffet breakfast each morning. The dining room/area was stunningly beautiful but crowded and too much activity for me in the morning. Evening dinner was perfect."

"Second visit in two years. Hotel has the perfect location. Room is small but does the job and is modern. Some extra shelving would help for storage though and they need to provide extra towels as the water goes everywhere after a shower"

"I was a bit surprised by having to check myself in upon arrival. After a long journey down I could really have done without that hassle. However after that, everything was fine. "
