"I really liked this hotel. It's what I would call a hidden gem, because I had no idea it was there. The building is clean, housekeeping is spot on, the staff are attentive, and able to offer advice on almost everything. "My king room was spacious, spotless and lovely and cool, the air conditioning was effective and whisper quiet. I was unfortunately disturbed by other inconsiderate guests who were shouting and chatting loudly in their room right up until 2.15am. I called the night manager who came up promptly and was very clear that they needed to pipe down, which they did. Annoying, but not the fault of the property."
