"Perfect vacation spot"

"Ocean front"

"Clean Room Breakfast Location"

"Cleanliness was not a housekeeping issue, it was a deeper level than what just basic housekeeping is about. That was fine. But things maintenance would do like moldy / moldy looking bathtub caulking, toilet paper roll holder almost falling off, dirty looking walls and baseboards. Again, if this was a Super 8 or that level hotel it would be fine. But the standard of a Hampton I was surprised. BUT, the morning staff- especially the breakfast staff were extremely wonderful and helpful and friendly....

"Nice place to stay."

"This was a beautiful property and would highly recommend."

"Very nice"

"Great place for last minute stay"

"Great beach front location. Plenty of pool options for the kids, sizeable breakfast, comfortable lounging areas."

"The room was super clean … so was the parking garage. The restaurant on site was very affordable and delicious. Our view was fantastic!! The only thing that went wrong was housekeeping was supposed to do a thorough clean on the 4th day and all they did was ask if we wanted towels … no coffee or anything else. I would highly recommend Island Vista."
