"The Beauport is a beautiful hotel, with a roof top deck and pool, and lovely ocean views. The staff is friendly and very willing to help with anything and everything. The bed was very comfortable and both the bedroom and bathroom were immaculately clean. Top notch hotel in every respect."

"The pictures are a bit deceiving. The property is tightly packed in with other residences on the beach. And it's expensive for what it offers. The lock on the door was v basic--nothing like enough. The room could accessed by 2 different sets of stairs. That said: The room was nice. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was healthy and fun. Plum Island nature preserve is right there. Newburyport has a lot of great dining options--just 10 mins away."

"The room had a slight musty smell and I didn’t realize that the suites were outside (almost like town homes ). I would have liked to know there were options to stay in the hotel portion . But staff were friendly and it was a short but overall pleasant stay. Clean and relaxing/peaceful."
