"Everything was excellent the rooms were very clean, and the staff went above and beyond. My friend got sick and when I called the front desk they called 911 and after they left she called me back to make sure I was ok. That personal touch was extremely important to me. "

"The person at the front desk (older gentleman) was very kind. The room was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pats and pans. It was very convenient. 15 minutes away from salem, which is where we were going. "

"Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Front desk and shuttle bus drivers were extremely helpful and kind. Shuttle service was excellent to train station and airport. BREAKFAST BAR was not the best. Fresh food would be nice over powdered eggs and waffle bar. Dining area had dirty tables and floors. Overall the hotel was comfortable and staff was attentive and helpful. We would stsy here again. aBrairport!"
