"On arrival there was no one at reception and bar staff just pointed to the kitchen and said someone is over there. When i went over and rang the bell no one came. So I went back to reception and rang that bell. Still no one, I went back to kitchen and rang again. This time someone came. We walked over to reception and was then told completely breakfast was not included Once in the room we had no internet service, even after logging into the hotels internet. There were no extra pillows or blankets in the cupboard. Over all not a pleasant stay."

"Check-in was challenging, as the staff did not accept any form of digital ID or digital credit card. Even with a prepaid booking and a confirmation email, I was initially unable to get the room keys. After about an hour of providing proof of identity, the keys were finally issued, so I recommend bringing physical ID and credit cards. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious and clean."
