"Overall an excellent stay. The host was extremely responsive to questions, check in was simple, the apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The last night of our stay was very warm and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We had a completely pleasant experience and would definitely book this property again when in Philadelphia"

"This property was unique, clean, and friendly service."

"The rooms are good but area around is not good. No restaurants near by. Also door code did not work after 1 day and host only texts... No audio call. I waited 30 minutes. Pl improve on prompt audio calls"

"This property is very convenient to concerts at TD at the Mann center. The space was comfortable, and quiet, but it would be a plus if coffee was available for the morning . If you are going to visit the zoo or concert venue, I highly recommend the close proximity. 4 stars ⭐️"

"Everything was really nice and it was easy to get checked in and settled"

"Nice location to catch subway. Noise free and there is a super market close to the property. Staff is very good."

"The property was just fine. The space was laid out nicely, clean and the AC worked. It was close to public transportation and nearby food options. Check-in and out instructions were pretty clear and easy enough to follow. It’s a nice little spot. Parking is the only thing that took some additional planning but there was a parking lot within a few minutes walking distance that worked out."

"The house was perfect for my stay … it was very clean and my host was very responsive to me …… plan on renting it next year !!!!!! Amazing stay "
