Our room was cozy and clean with vintage charm. The hotel as a whole is a beautiful architectural gem. The decore is warm with eclectic Spanish vibes. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and efficient. Our dinner there was excellent. They offer coffee in the morning. A small complimentary continental breakfast of muffins or the like would have been a bonus. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable and has great amenities inside and out. Close to everything we like to do in the White Mountains. Our favorite place to stay…

I recommend this BNB, the grounds are well maintained, there are eating establishments nearby. Our room was clean and had all the ementities within reach. Sheets on the bed we're soft and comfortable. Breakfast was served hot and made fresh. When you check in the host takes your breakfast order and it's served on time. If you are looking for a clean place and not a hotel, book The Heritage.

It was better experience then our previous chk ins....all bcuz the fd clerk was attentive and smiled

Best stay on our entire trip

Friendly staff. Loved the way they claimed their Navajo heritage.

We spent two nights in Kayenta. The location allowed us to visit the Four Corners, Mesa Verde, and Monument Valley with manageable travel time. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel the first night and the food was all so good our children (ages 15-23) begged to go back the second night. Awesome staff at the hotel and restaurant.

This hotel is very nice. Nice beds and pillows. Great shower. Super quiet and easily accessible from the interstate with gas and food one block away. Great service and has a well attended breakfast area.

Great location for visiting Petrified Forest! Seemed new even though it wasn’t! Great breakfast.

Lovely staff. Very pleasant and helpful

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable and the staff were awesome. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

A few days away getting out of Phoenix. Nice clean hotel and great staff. Good location to stay when in the high country to see wildlife or just passing through on the 60.

Stayed here during my AZ roadtrip to national parks with my family. Hotel was definitely meeting my standards and surprised me for it being in a kind of rundown part of town. Staff was amazing and kind, made accommodations for us to room next door to our friends. Rooms were clean and in great condition. Right next to a great restaurant as well. Breakfast was a basic economy breakfast but still accomplished what it needed and got us on the road with full bellies.

The room was super clean. The water for the shower was amazingly hot water. Bed was firm. Was a great room.
