"Before I booked this hotel I called them to ask a few questions and the customer service representative was super friendly and helpful! Upon our arrival we were greeted so sweetly by Tabitha and she even helped us pick our coffee destination for the morning. Our room was very clean and we had no issues with our stay! Sure the hotel is maybe a little outdated but we felt like cleanliness was not an issue. The showers also got very hot which I enjoyed. I definitely would recommend staying here!"
"This place is that under renovation. My check in was with a very unpleasant male clerk. They make you sign a waiver acknowledging that you will likely not have TV, wi fi or your choice of room. Except for the female breakfast attendant, the rest of the staff was not helpful and had a lackadaisical attitude. The room was clean but the carpets in the hall were dirty. No TV or wifi during my visit. Breakfast was bare minimum. I would not recommend this hotel at all."
