"This hotel sucks and is disgusting"

"I have stayed at La Quinta before but this one was kind of run down with paint peeling on the walls. The mattress was so soft you sink in it. Coffee maker in room was filthy with only one cup and only decaf coffee. "

"Hotel was great. Its situated in a community that has plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We enjoyed walking into the community and eating at the many restaurants. You wouldn't have to drive at all. Even the hotel has a restaurant. There's a little nostalgia to the hotel where it feels dated. They do a good job with maintaining property and everyone is so nice. There's no breakfast but there's plenty to eat nearby you can walk to. Only negative that's not the hotel fault is these...

"Cheaper version of an Aloft/Tru, etc... Be aware, this is a 2 story building with NO elevator. 2 flights of steps. Clerk asked me if I am ok with the 2nd floor because they try to keep the first floor handicap accesible. Pack light. Cheap decorations, but fine. The major issue with my room was moisture. The cold a/c air was not dry. It was like a humidifier. Moisture coupled with the hypo allergenic pillows and mattress, stuff was just wet. Glad I only stayed 1 night. I won't stay again."
