"Visited for my son’s wrestling event. Great front desk staff- April and Sam are very helpful and kind. It’s a family friendly hotel and also has a fun night atmosphere for adults. Hotel is older but clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. We will stay here again!"

"The room was very clean, and had a good mattress. The breakfast was what you expect but a little limited. The only complaint that I have was that we were placed in a room next to a suite with 6 people that had parked in front of our room, played music on their truck loud speaker and normal but loud group conversations. I had about given up on sleeping with a pillow over my head when they went to bed. The adjoining door between our rooms allowed lots of noise from the large group even with the towel stuck under it. THIS could have been avoided if the staff had put us in one of the empty rooms. There were several on our side. The staff should be trained to spread clients out instead of grouping occupied rooms."

"This was my.second stay here and I was 100% satisfied both times. Great location and quick trip to downtown Covington to our venue! Our view from the balcony was amazing, as well!"

"pros: amazing breakfast great bar/restaurant staff check in receptionist well informed and polite great area large hotel cons: room smelled damp . called the front desk, housekeeping, pretty much every button on the phone and no one ever picked up. I had to call the hotel with my cell to get an operator. I was calling because no housekeeper serviced my room ( I need towels and garbage bags at the least) they sent them up. then at 10pm a housekeeper banged on my door shouting “ housekeeping “ and woke my two babies up . Never have I ever witnessed that before at any property . property has potential but this stay was just not awesome. "
