"Omg 10/10. I had a blast staying here. The hot tub came in handy after going hiking. I went during the wet season so the volcano was covered by clouds but I’m sure during the dry seasoning the view is beautiful. Everything was well-kept. The villa itself was nice and elevated inside. Would stay here again. The villa is very nice but it’s also fairly new so there’s a dirt road that leads to it, so when you uber or are using a shuttle make sure to advise them to come to the end of the dirt road....

"We had a fantastic time! Orlando (the owner), his family, and all of the staff were so kind and welcoming! We really enjoyed the thermal longevity circuit, plus we went tubing down the river which was a blast too! We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. "This resort is amazing and the staff is great. My only complaint is that the bathroom in the room has a permanently open small window. This makes the bathroom extremely humid and uncomfortable. You have to keep the bathroom door closed so that the room does not feel the same."

"My family of 5 enjoyed our 5 night stay here very much. The pools were nice to soak in after a day of hiking, ranging from 80.6 degrees to around 105 I think. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything seemed very clean. We enjoyed the included breakfast in the mornings before starting our day, and ice from the bar to fill our water bottles. We were disappointed that the Ficus coffee bar didn't open until 3, but after about the 3rd day we realized that the bar inside the restaurant served almost all the same drinks and they were open all day. The views of the volcano (in good weather) are spectacular from the rear of the property."

"Our stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the swim up bars. The only recommendation for improvement would be to have an adults only area. Even though there is a kids pool, we found that older kids would often come up to the areas of the swim up bars. A place to enjoy a drink and relax without the presence of loud teens would be nice. Other than that, everything was amazing!"
