I wrote about the wonderful ladies who helped me with my checkin to ensure my stay during my special day was perfect. Other staff continued the exceptional courtesy, wishing me well as we interacted for various reasons. Additionally, the bathtub had a rough bottom that protected me from slipping. While I suspect this is meaningless to most, I slipped in a hotel tub when I was 3 months pregnant (the baby and me were fine) and 30 years later continue worrying about slipping again."
