When I first walked into my room it smelled like cigarettes and it is supposed to be a non-smoking property.Rugs in hallway were dirty. They put me in a handicap room I didn’t reserve that. It would’ve been OK but the bathroom was not clean. It had tile and it is pretty nasty looking. I had to lay towels down on the floor in order to even walk on the floor and to get in the shower.
