The location was ideal, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel itself was beautiful—but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from your team. Natali at Guest Services made our arrival incredibly special by upgrading our room and surprising us with treats and a personal welcome card. It was such a warm and thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our stay. Sajag Puri at Front Desk Manager was equally wonderful. He provided helpful suggestions for exploring the memorials and ensured our comfort with a late checkout and early room service. We would also like to thank Youssef (our bartender), Selamawit, Jackie, and Brandon (the front desk team), and Fish and Brandole (our welcoming bellmen), all of whom treated us with genuine care and warmth.
