"The facility is in a great location and easily accessible to many of DC’s iconic landmarks as well as close to Subway and bus stops. Water pressure in the shower was lack luster with a dribble and the ice machine on both 14 and 9th floor did not work. Being on the 14th floor and having to check every level until we found one working was disappointing. A bit pricy on the daily car parking. Overall we loved the place and the location and would recommend it to others. I’m glad we chose to stay here."

However, I would be remiss not to give a specific shout out to Sarah in the International Lounge. She was so pleasant, and welcoming each night. We would definitely stay at the Washington Plaza again."

"Location was great; a short walk to the White House; a great lobby and helpful staff. The rooms were smaller than you would prefer but cleans, well appointed and furnished. Emily at front desk spent 10-15 minutes helping to retrieve charging cords from room a couple hours after we had checked out."
