"The hotel and its facilities was just what we were looking for. More importantly, the hospitality we received from the staff was exemplary. The reception personnel staff member that we met is a credit to this hotel in Harrow. He really understands people and is a role model in this industry. We’ve never booked with Eurotraveller before: we’ll definitely use again at some point."

Greasy handprints on wall and worst of all the headboard was THICK with disgusting unknown residues clearly built up over many years with a hair hanging off of it upon arrival… Honestly made me feel sick!!! Apart from that the cleaners did a great basic refresh of room Needs a deep deep clean and a few other improvements but fine if you need a quick cheap stay "

"A place in watford not to be missed. The apartment was spacious. The cleanliness was 10/10. The facilities were immaculate. The lady at reception, was so welcoming. She constant had a genuine smile on her face. I would definately pay again to stay there. Thank you Livin"
