"Honest review: Hotel looks nice on entrance Most of the staff friendly and helpful One very rude and unprofessional staff member Parking awkward Food quite nice and really good portions Nice bar and good local area and connections Room very dated and filthy chair that should just be thrown away! Greasy handprints on wall and worst of all the headboard was THICK with disgusting unknown residues clearly built up over many years with a hair hanging off of it upon arrival… Honestly made me feel sick!!! Apart from that the cleaners did a great basic refresh of room Needs a deep deep clean and a few other improvements but fine if you need a quick cheap stay "

"A place in watford not to be missed. The apartment was spacious. The cleanliness was 10/10. The facilities were immaculate. The lady at reception, was so welcoming. She constant had a genuine smile on her face. I would definately pay again to stay there. Thank you Livin"
