"There were a few problems. Our tv didn’t work at all but Brad the maintenance man fixed it. He was very courteous and professional. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. Otherwise it was fine"

"Absolutely Outstanding Hospitality – Thank You! My wife and I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Sandusky for our honeymoon, and I honestly cannot say enough about the incredible experience we had. We arrived around 11:00 PM, and the gentleman working the front desk went far beyond what we ever expected. When he learned that we were there celebrating our honeymoon, he went out of his way to make our stay special by upgrading us to a Jacuzzi Suite. That alone was an incredibly kind gesture, but what really stood out was how genuinely he cared about making sure we had a perfect stay. Even though it was late at night, he was welcoming, professional, incredibly helpful, and made us feel like our honeymoon actually mattered to him. People like this are what make a hotel memorable. He didn't just do his job; he created an experience we will remember for years to come. I sincerely hope management sees this review and recognizes him for the outstanding employee he is. In an industry where customer service can sometimes feel routine, he reminded us of what true hospitality looks like. To the gentleman working the front desk that night: Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You helped make the beginning of our honeymoon even more special, and my wife and I are incredibly grateful. We will never forget the kindness you showed us. "Hi there, this is older but nicely maintained and well run motel. Rooms were clean and good size for family of four. The front desk staff were very nice (and family oriented). Breakfast was basic but neat with the automatic pancake maker. Proximity to Cedar Point amusement park was great as well. We arrived late and didn't use pool, but there were many families using the pool and slide, and they looked to be having a nice time."

"No elevators. Rooms are dated. No fridge in room but there was a microwave. We didn't do breakfast but was told ut was just pastries. Looks like they may be working on doing some updates though. For the money though it wasn't bad. Very close to Cedar Point and that was the main concern was proximity. All in all I would probably stay there again."
