"I enjoyed my recent stay at Cedar Cove. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the premises were quiet. The continental breakfast was a huge plus. My room was pretty standard and no frills, but i also liked that there was a refrigerator and microwave. The fridge wasn't terribly cold, but it was adequate. I also would have greatly appreciated a non-slip mat in the bathtub. The motel has easy access to most things one would like to do in Sandusky: shopping, parks, the mall and restaurants are only a few minutes away. Castaway Bay is within walking distance. I'd gladly stay there again."

"Wonderful location for a trip to the island. TV quit working at 9:30. Shower did not drain. Wonderful food at the restaurant. If you look at the picture over the lake, that's not what it is. Different but nice view"

Econo Lodge Norwalk

"Pool was out of service and dirty but everything else was great. Staff was very helpful. They do charge a $30 deposit in case of certain things but they'll return it if u follow the rules. I booked a room for 4 for me and my children for the night but since I slept in my car and let my children keep in the room, I got a refund so they do refund you so thats great!"
