"We visited Cedar Point, and this hotel was approximately 20 minutes from the park. We plan on returning to Cedar Point next year, and I think our kids are actually more excited about staying at this hotel than going back to Cedar Point! One of the things we all loved—and thought was especially unique—was that our room was one of only two rooms with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was very nice, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I only have two small things to mention, and honestly, I wouldn't even consider them complaints. First, I wish the TV had a remote control. I'm sure the room originally had one, but it probably went missing a long time ago. Second, I wish the hotel offered a continental breakfast with a few more healthy options. I am pre-diabetic, so unfortunately, there wasn't much I could have besides the sausage and eggs. That said, I certainly wouldn't expect a hotel to cater to my specific dietary needs. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The entire family absolutely loved the pool and hot tub, and the location was perfect for our Cedar Point trip. We will definitely be returning!"

"Wonderful location for a trip to the island. TV quit working at 9:30. Shower did not drain. Wonderful food at the restaurant. If you look at the picture over the lake, that's not what it is. Different but nice view"
