Best Western Plus Sandusky Hotel & Suites

"Good location. On the strip, but on the less traffic side. Hotel staff was helpful, but could have been dressed more professional. Front desk area was a little disorganized, but did not hinder them from doing their job. Parking is a little awkward. Room was clean and comfortable. A few minor repairs could have been done in the bathroom, but wasn’t an issue. Overall I would stay there again."

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milan – Sandusky Area by IHG

"After staying at the nearby Hampton Inn the week before, the Holiday Inn Express was a delightful surprise. The room was much more furnished and functional. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous! REAL eggs, not out of a box. Fresh cinnamon rolls. Tasty bacon, cold orange juice. We will stay here on our next trip, not the Hampton Inn-Milan which is a disaster. Their remodeling has gone on for a year, and it’s still not finished! IHG is a great company with a nice hotel in Milan — the Holiday Inn Express!"

"Super clean, love no carpet due allergies, pool looked great wish open little later sowe could used it. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was typical glad staff finally showed up to refill the pancake thing. Rooms are smaller but ok like concept."

"Very friendly at check in, breakfast was good my daughter loved flavored pancakes, clean didn't get time pool, tired after 3 days cedar point, we will be back it so much cleaner than sleep in port clinton! Parking for handicap not great but that all. Windows could be cleaner. Air conditioning was good thank you!"

"We knew we'd be late checking in, so I called in advance to let them know. They were very understanding and wrote a note in my account, as to not give away my room. I checked in around midnight and the person at the front desk was so friendly, personable and helpful! It was such a delight after a very long day! The room was clean and spacious. The bed seemed to be a double not a queen though. I completely picked this hotel based on wanting queen beds, not double. This did make a difference to our comfort, and may make a difference to yours as well. I did still give 5 stars because literally everything else about our stay was great. Breakfast was great as well. Waffle makers, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, various cereals, various breads with a toaster and several condiments to go along with the breads and waffles, and juice. I will keep this property in mind for next time."

"U-Haul being in the hotel was kinda weird never seen that before. Breakfast could have a little more variety. But for the price can not really beat it if you need a place to stay after being at Cedar Point for Haloweekends."
