Down to the lack of basic kitchen items (coffee maker, salt/pepper, sharp knife) and the cheapest hangers imaginable (that don't have hooks, so you can't steal them--as if!), and pillows that were ancient and barely pancake-thick, and a hair dryer that faintly hummed (where did they find such poor items?), it was a sub-par experience. "Perfect central location for exploring the fine city. It’s in a nice secure and quiet spot tucked behind a bustling hotspot moments from the ‘best bits’ of the city. "Very modern. Clean nice decor. Loved having a washing machine especially after 4 weeks of travel. Just a few practical issues. Both taps in the kitchen ran hot. Our bath towels must have shrunk in the wash. They were barely bigger than our hand towel. Internet kept dropping out when there were more people staying. Shower base was very slippery. "

"The "hostess" never communicated with us at all; she never answered any of our messages sent via the VRBO app. Thus, we never stayed at the property and we were forced to find hotel rooms on a weekend with a football match, when rooms were impossible to find in Norwich. We went to Great Yarmouth. I will be demanding my money back."

"Our stay was not what we had hoped. The property was moist and smelt very bad of damp. The shower did not work during our stay either. We were unable to stay and had to make our own arrangements as host and stay did not offer alternative accomodation or partial refund . ororefund. "
