"Room was ok,we booked a club room, was nothing grand, windows were very grimey,the fridge was wobbly,power sockets were only on one side of the twin room.We were only there for one night,but at check in we were greeted by nice enough member of staff Iti,but she charged me for a room I'd already paid for,and charged more than I had paid originally,naturally went down to sort out.Spoke to Nida or Rida, forgot the name,she said Iti was new,she went to speak to someone out the back and to sort out...
