"The apartment is in a well maintained complex. The apartment was clean. Has as a nice view of the pool. The king bed was really uncomfortable. Bathroom with tub, needs updating. Table and chairs on balcony also very uncomfortable. The concierge downstairs are very helpful and informative. They helped us navigate Vidanta. There is no information in the apartment."

"I have reported my horrific stay to VRBO which took many hours on the phone, several moves and much expense and has still not been rectified. I tried 2 different places on VRBO in Mexico and neither were correct in their listings. VRBO NEEDS TO FIND A WAY TO VERIFY THE OWNERS INFORMATION I will NEVER RENT THROUGH THEM AGAIN. Worst holiday experience ever !!"

"After we didn’t coordinate the check in well and the person that would give us the keys arrived late because of traffic, the house was full of rat droppings and the bed linens were dirty and with a musty smell. Also the pool was really cold and my nephew could not enjoyed it."

"This was a lovely stay - we stayed for 9 days and found the security and neighborhood to be very peaceful and safe. The owner had a little difficulty with the lockbox, so maybe just having a back up plan all set in case that was still an issue - but I believe they said that was getting replaced ASAP. "The pictures do not explain this property!!! We were so relaxed here. The rooms are spacious the kitchen is well stocked with cookware. The grounds staff are pleasant and the property is well kept. The pools are fantastic and the main pool is steps off the back patio. If you want to go on an all-day excursion that is customized to what you want for very inexpensive call Hector!! +52-322-107-3121 - he is friendly, and listens to you and helps you plan!
