"I have reported my horrific stay to VRBO which took many hours on the phone, several moves and much expense and has still not been rectified. I tried 2 different places on VRBO in Mexico and neither were correct in their listings. VRBO NEEDS TO FIND A WAY TO VERIFY THE OWNERS INFORMATION I will NEVER RENT THROUGH THEM AGAIN. Table and chairs on balcony also very uncomfortable. The concierge downstairs are very helpful and informative. They helped us navigate Vidanta. There is no information in the apartment."
