"Beautiful hotel and staff"

"Breakfast , parking, staff, cleanliness"

"The beds are fantastic as are the pillows. Very comfortable nights sleep."

"Great place. A few minutes walk from the main lodge where you leave your car. There is a parking bay to unload your gear if required. Note there is no lift so not suitable if you have walking difficulties. Nice modern room with big bathroom. Tv is tiny"

"Nice big room with a very comfortable bed. Lovely and quiet, so had a great nights sleep. Handy for the nearby hospital. Very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend for a work trip."

"Gem of a hotel Family owned and run, food was top notch, lovely surroundings, peaceful. Will definitely be back and highly recommended it to anyone looking for accommodation in Driffield area."

"The hotel is beautiful, well equipped, very nice staff. The location is gorgeous with easy access to the centre of Malton. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Only negative was mold in the bathroom, apart from that our stay was perfect!"

"Not great"

"The Arms is a beautiful hotel, well maintained, in great shape, lovely staff and food and a nice room. "Lovely setting with some great architecture. Friendly family run hotel but somewhat tired in places. Disappointed by the most bizarre room which had a full size stainless steel kitchen segregating a reasonably nice bedroom from the large but rather odd bathroom (which also housed the wardrobe). Had its own ‘orangery’ and small garden. Loads of blinds to close, some of which were broken and the orangery outer doors had no blinds. Open plan so couldn’t make it completely dark… luckily had my eye...

"Hotel is central. Bed is small for two and you hear noise for the other rooms."

"Excellent all round food and accommodation"

"Overall an OK stay but not worth the price tag. Visited at half term, hotel appeared under prepared. All staff were helpful and polite but clearly under staffed so not necessarily their fault. Room not ready 2 hours after check-in, walkways not maintained, dirty glasses and plates with food on outside a lot of rooms. 1 bath robe in the room for 3 guests, toilet in the room didn't flush and whole bathroom in need of basic repairs. Bar/restaurant stopped taking food orders at 7:20pm in school...
