Kayaking, fishing, tubing, firepit, bbq, swimming, table tennis, gardening, wandering, meditating, etc. etc. Royal Springs is a pristine world famous natural Florida spring located just a stone's throw down the river. A wonderful place to relax, swim, wade, or fool around jumping off the diving platform. Come see what all the buzz is about in our little piece of heaven on the historic Suwanee river in Natural Florida located near Live Oak and Mayo.

Margaritaville

We have stayed at margaritaville once before we really enjoy the property and cabin! Unfortunately the River was flooded and the kayaks weren’t in the best condition for such an intense River. Over all we had a blast. The second floor was perfect for the teenage boys to have some privacy and fun. We had everything we need to have awesome family dinners and our pets we’re safe and in heaven!

Spring break 2024

We had a great time. The kids had a blast and the dogs had just as much fun roaming the property although if you have little dogs keep a close eye on them as they can slip under the dock area and get down to the river or fit through the gaps. The property had everything we needed and it was clean. We were a little disappointed that the river was so high because the spring was flooded and black so we didn’t get to enjoy that much but we found a hidden gem called Peacock Springs not too far and it was beautiful and fairly quiet. We hope to visit again soon!

Always Amazing

This is our third time to Margaritaville. Nothing beats the yard, location, river, and proximity to Royal Springs. We usually bring our own kayaks, which i recommend, as the ones provided are difficult to paddle. The springs are a must! Relaxing by the fire pit is incredible. The dogs love their freedom in the yard. The kids love the tire swing and pool table. We love playing board games at the kitchen table. And nothing beats the decks!

Great for a family getaway

Great rental for our family, including our dogs, to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Loved the decks and visiting nearby parks. Appreciated the responsiveness and hospitality of our hosts.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had 1 small issue that was quickly resolved by the host. The place was conveniently located close to royal spring and that boat ramp. The decks on this place was massive. The river deck was nice to sit on as well. We will definitely be back if they will have us.

Adventures on the Suwannee

The property was quaint and cozy nestled along the Suwannee River. We spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the beautiful deck overlooking the water and all the amenities provided! Beautiful local springs are just minutes away!

Stunning get away

First pulling up on the property I was ready for a relaxing weekend. The 3rd floor porch was an outstanding spot to look over the river. The dock brings you right into the water. When you are looking at the house from the dock it looks like an estate. The neighbors were nice and helped with directions and closest stores. I recommend to get everything needed on the way in.

Amazing time

Such a great place. The location was perfect. A 10 minute walk to a beautiful spring and a 15 minute drive to the store. The decks and view of the river are the best I have seen in this area. Great fenced in yard for the dogs, and breathtaking view of the stars. My wife wants to make this place our go-to getaway. I am all for it. It is pretty much perfect.

Quiet stay

The outside of the place is great for family and friends to hang out. I would suggest bringing a big float to tie off the dock to be able to enjoy yourself down at the dock. The current is very strong. Royal spring is very close by boat. They also have a nice pen for the dogs to stay in as well. The inside of the house was decently clean. It’s small though the inside. There isn’t a lot of room for you to gather and play games or eat as a group. The kitchen is missing lots of cooking items so bring your stuff from home. Overall it wasn’t bad stay. The dock and the outside is definitely the best part of the property.

A great stay

River house

Amazing decks and outdoor living opportunities. Upstairs has 2 nice sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. Downstairs is one long room with 2 sets of twin bunks and a king bed on the other side. The king bed down there is very hard. Kitchen is very well equipped & upgraded. Bathrooms have old fashioned plumbing. The spring a half mile down the road is an absolute gem and we went 2x a day!
