"Awful area felt very unsafe
Advertised as a two bedroom apartment
Was one bed room and an awful sofa bed in the kitchen
Tv was smashed
Host unhelpful
We stayless than 30 minutes amd had to book another hotel
Seeking a full refund would not recommend "

"Flat was already occupied, rang owner who had also given someone else my flats code. We had to stay in the flat the people in ours should’ve been in which was only a 1 bedroom and not big enough. The flat owners never even apologised and are refusing to give any refund even though I paid for a 2 bed flat. Do not use this company."

"Exactly what I was hoping for when I booked this, something different to the Premier Inn box rooms!
The room was big with high ceilings..
The staff were great, extremely helpful and polite!
Breakfast was lovely..
Great base to explore local area from.
