"We had a very wonderful stay! The host was friendly, communicative and accommodating; we were offered early check in and late check out opportunities. The kitchen was fully equipped, for which we were very appreciative. (Our past experiences have been to expect scantily-furnished kitchens.). We couldn’t have wished for anything that wasn’t already provided and thought of. Although this location is far away for us, we can hardly wait to return!"

"The staff is exceptional! They truly want you to love your stay here and come back again. The negative? Although it was very clean in our cabin the tub surround was moldy and really needed some fresh caulking. The tub itself and toilet needed scrubbing and bleach. Guests are required to do their own dishes or will be charged $50. So what happens unfortunately is really shoddy dish dishwashing. It’s clearly is done hastily to avoid the fee by previous guests. Thus, dishes, glasses, etc. I’ll need wash washing before you can use them as well as after. Next complaint is that our cabin Eagle’s Nest was advertised as being lake view, and mostly it is, unfortunately a ginormous smelly dumpster is in front of the cabin. We will return because the property is beautiful, but some details truly need attention. Also, there is a big gap under the front door that creates quite a draft. Guests from two years ago noted this in the guest book, but it still has not been taken care of. Beautiful lake and beautiful property will keep us coming back."

"Price was great as we took advantage of an Expedia discount and weekday stay. Lovely little rental, quality provisions, great location. Little confusion regarding TV which seems to not have reception, but movies were available on DVD. We would love to return one day and stay again."

"This was a wonderful get away, it's very far off the beaten path and surrounded by the wonders of the beautiful Oregon landscape, We hiked and fished the river and if it wasn't raining would have loved to swim right in the back yard. It's completely off grid and didn't miss a beat in regards to lighting and use of appliances. Home was complete with all the comforts and if you are a large party this will accommodate you. The Linens were clean and towels nice and fluffy. The water was hot and pressure was great after a long hike. The bathtub was not just beautiful but highly functional and filled up quickly for our littles. We are big cooks and bakers and the oven cooked a huckleberry pie to perfection and the grill turned out phenomenal Steaks. I am quite picky and this met my expectations. If you love the great outdoors but still want some nice comforts near by, this is for you. thanks so much!"

"The place was Amazing. It was the perfect peaceful get away for 2. Only disappointed in not being able to have a fire outside, which was understandable due to the fire situation. We loved being able to cook meals and just relax listening to the water. We will definitely rent again. Thank you."
