Carmen at the tour desk was lovely, and the prices were fair compared to those of the tour guides who approached me around the zócalo. The breakfast was a highlight for us as it was prepared to order daily, tasty, and included in the price of the stay. Our room had great AC, a TV with cable service, an ironing board and iron, and a hair dryer. We would stay here again. "
