"This beautiful setting was an incredible introduction on our Switzerland journey. The house was lots of room for 4 adults, all the amenities we needed ++, spotlessly clean, and close to sightseeing cities and highlights. The beds were high quality and so comfy. "The property itself is really nice and the staff that was there was helpful, but the check in process is frustrating and long. The hotel is understaffed and a few people are working very hard to try to make things comfortable. Just be prepared to wait. Overall nice place and prior reviews warned about the lack of staff and automated check in that doesn’t work too well so it wasn’t a surprise. "
