"This was our 2nd time at the Hotel Indigo this summer. Close to the subway and plenty of dining and drinking establishments within walking distance. For a NYC hotel, this place delivers a great bang for the buck including a great bed and shower. The Lower East Side probably will not appeal to many, as it is a little edgy. Not quite the 1970s as far as crime and decrepitude but it's not Disneyland either. With that said, I still look forward to going back. I also have point out that the staff went above and beyond in returning my Kindle that I had carelessly left in the room. Sent them a UPS shipping label and had it back in 2 days. Great service!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Even prior to arrival, when I called with questions, a staff member was always enthusiastic about helping. Felt the parking at $55/night was reasonable--and easy--for NYC. Parking staff also great. Had a mini refrigerator and microwave in our room, but didn't use them. Nice to have a Starbucks across the street--and so walkable to the many Midtown attractions. "
