"The hotel is very nice. The room we stayed in could use a bit of an update. The mattresses are not pillow top and could be upgraded. As well, it could use new carpet or flooring. Carpet was worn and a bit dirty, especially for the cost of the rooms. "

"If you want a property right in the middle of downtown locals and tourists chaos, this is the hotel for you haha. My husband and I's first time in Tokyo so we wanted to try it out, and it was pretty fun! Really easy to get around, staff were super nice and accommodating, great energy from everyone. The room is compact and small but we knew that going in so no complaints. Really appreciate the provided humidifier as it seems it's typically dry air all around. Bathtub/shower amenity in the room is great! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants this immersed experience, but now that we've done it, we'll likely book somewhere quieter next time we go to Tokyo :) "

"Shiodome is an easy 2 subway train line from Haneda Airport. Doable walking distance to Ginza and Tsujiki. Great eating options in close proximity. "

"Hotel is a great location few minutes walk from Shiomi station (under 10 minutes to Disney or Central Tokyo area) and has a family mart directly connected to the property Staff were very helpful and got our case forwarded to our next destination. Room was very spacious, super clean. My only minor complaint was the bed was super firm and the pillows weren’t the best"
