"We have stayed here for a number of years now, and each time we become more-and-more impressed with this property. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-outfitted and maintained, and the building itself gets excellent care. This is the ideal spot for our annual Berkshire vacation. We're so happy to have discovered it."

"We attended a Tanglewood concert and needed a place to stay for 1 night. Booked 3 weeks out and many places were sold out. Hotel prices in the Berkshires are very high in the summer. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Only complaint was that the air conditioner was very loud, and we couldn't just use the fan. Had to turn it off to sleep, resulting in a very stuffy room. For the price, we will plan further ahead and try to stay within walking distance to Lenox. Don't need the pools or breakfast."

"The resort is fabulous, has everything a person could want, from swimming pools, workout areas, sauna, hot tub, shuffleboard, volleyball, miniature golf, etc., etc., laundry facilities. THe staff is very nice, efficient, and helpful. The units are a little old and we have had some difficulty with our washing machine. The biggest issue, actually, has been connectivity. We have had a great deal of trouble trying to make phone calls. Have been here four times and plan to return again."
