"Staff members were friendly and helpful with big smiles. Most of the guests were families visiting the Disneyland with free shuttles. It’s 15 minutes walk to the strain station and 20 minutes ride to the Tokyo station. Restaurants are nearby but limited and better to go to the station by walking or local bus, 2 stops. "

"I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. I had breakfast one morning and opted for the Western style buffet; the food wasn't served particularly warm, however, in the dozen or so Japanese hotels that I've stayed in the Western breakfast options never are served hot! I used a luggage transfer service (sending to another hotel in Tokyo), using the details I found at reception. The service worked fine and my bags were actually delivered in less than 30 minutes! My room was comfortable and in good condition. The room was quiet, being located on 6th floor in back of the hotel, but I would guess room's located at the front, overlooking the street, may be somewhat noisy. I would use this hotel again. "

"The only thing i can complain are the sheets and pillows of the bed. Comparing the perfect score i can give on everything else in this hotel. This is the only part that it lacks. You can leave all your toiletries at home, they even have that covered and not cheaply. "

There is a FamilyMart in the hotel for affordable snacks and essentials. The rooms are spacious. The soaker tub is delightful. The hotel is beautiful and clean and has a spa-like scent throughout. Fitness room and bath house are both excellent. "
