Everyone there was very polite, their food was pretty decent. Even though everyone’s English was very good they were delighted that I spoke some Portuguese to them. Overall very positive stay. My only take away was the construction noise near by and the planes flying overhead.

Not close to downtown but close to the airport. Clean and comfortable beds and a great size for europe

I visited Lisbon for three days and staying at Ikonik Lisboa Hotel was an excellent choice: the staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable and quiet. The location is perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and would stay here again.

The customer service was excellent! Super friendly and helpful staff. Front desk gentleman I think his name was Ruuge, helped me with train station info and my day trip to Sintra. He was really great! Breakfast staff was very professional and friendly!

Excellent hotel, very clean and new. Very good sound isolation so rooms are quiet. Good Windows too that do a great job blocking out some of the plane flyovers and vehicle flowcan occur in the neighborhood. Very good location, right in front of the Metro stop. On top of it all the breakfast is very good.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and service was great. Our plane was delayed and we arrived a few minutes before the restaurant closed. Front desk kept our luggage and send us to the restaurant and they still let us order 3 minutes before closing. Food was great.

I loved my stay, everything was perfect. If you want quiet might not be the place for you as it’s right next to a fire department, you hear lots of alarms, I didn’t mind it at all although some might.

The hotel was in an ok spot between subway stations and close to the Oriente amenities. The property is nice with a south facing garden and sitting area. Breakfast was excellent with good coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, and most anything you would want except eggs. We stayed for 2 days after our cruise. We arrive early. Front desk was welcoming and offered us an available room. We declined and said we’d wait for our reserved room on the upper floor. We toured Lisbon and returned to Lumen in the mid afternoon. Here’s when the service was exceptional. Front desk was friendly; offered us breakfast at 10 euros and a 30% restaurant discount.
