"Property was fantastic location to easily access Southampton and was better equipped than expected.. Really nice touches of the teas /coffee in each room etc, with lovely decor, clean tidy wand welcoming. Only think that would have made it even better is a little milk given their is a full kitchen. We did bring milk along but arriving later and not knowing thr area wasn't sure where to get some additional from. Would definitely look up this property to stay In Southampton again"

The kitchen was disgusting, dirty drawers, only 2 hobs working (someone else reviewed the same in August), 1 coffee cup that is chipped and gross, mold around the washing machine, toothpaste spit from past guests on the plant in the bathroom, Tv balancing on the wall and like others have said, toilet unsafe for children.
