"The reception staff were exceptional, warm, welcoming and gave great recommendations for the local are. The rooms are fantastic. Lovely shampoo etc, the only downside was there was only 1 washing machine and dryer. Given this was Rotorua, I’d expect more machines as everyone wants to get the sulphur out of their clothes. Great hotel, good parking, very pleased. "

"We took our grandkids. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Our room had 2 x Qeen size beds. The hotel facilities were good. We all enjoyed hot swimming pool and spa. The hotel is about 10 min walking distance from city centre. Overall, we had a wonderful time. "
