"The Heating and air system was very noisy , The room was also noisy from the fridge as well . There was a fire (Small one in a kitchen area ) when we checked in , we of course had to leave while that was being dealt with, there was a problem resetting the fire alarm system so the fire door in the hallways were closed , these door do not have soft closers so when ever some one went through these they banged closed very loudly , our room was right next to these , so all night when anyone went...

"Requested to move us to 2 double bed instead of just 1 queen bed. They allow us when the front desk guy ask the manager. I’ve been asking this 3days ahead but they allow us too. "
