"Great property at a great price! Our room was newly remodeled and very quiet! The owner (I think) welcomed us and showed us to our room (even though it was raining). He made sure we knew how to work the AC and TV and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel while doing activities in the Rotorua area!"

"We were granted an early check in as the room was available, kids loved the heated pool (and so did I), it was a bonus to have a spa pool with our room but hot water was not working so great, although it was warm enough for the kids. Pleasant staff, quiet place despite being near the CBC. Beds were comfortable and room was warm."

"We loved our stay in the family suite. It was a good size for our family of 4, with a bedroom where we could pop the kids to bed and we slept on the larger bed in the lounge. Had a good kitchenette, a large bathroom and a private jetted spa bath outside. Located on Fenton street is a great location as its oretty close to town but far enough away that it isnt noisy. We would definitely stay here again."

"This accomodation is apparently the newest in Rotorua and definitely did not disappoint. The property looked modern and clean from the outside with decent number of parking available which is controlled so you know you won't have to fight over your parking spot with other guests. The rooms are nicely sized, with large, comfortable beds. Everything looks modern as well and still looks clean and new. The bathroom is nice and spacious and the underfloor heating and towel heater is a nice touch...

"Lovely hosts and super clean! Yes, it's an older motel, but it was so clean and serviced daily. Really easy to find and access from a busy road, had convenient parking outside the room, and it was surprisingly quiet considering its location! Felt really safe as a woman staying on my own and the private thermal pool was a lovely treat too. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!"

"Free assigned parking, clean, comfy bed, outdoor pool, hot mineral pools, coin operated laundry, close to everything. Entry a little annoying as you have to double back off the main road but no big deal. "
