A historic building renovated nicely in historic theme. Comfortable bed, great air conditioner, excellent shower, and roomy common kitchen area. It was like staying at my grandparents country house.

Staff was very kind, room was very clean. Super convenient to the freeway but we could hear the freeway at night. Breakfast is very minimal.

Friendly staff, clean room, and overall clean property. They were serving a cheese omelets, had a waffle maker, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy and fresh fruit among other options which was nice to see as it is not being offered now at so many other places. Coffee was hot and fresh and a variety of creamers were available. Overall nice stay.

I had driven by the hotel several times traveling though the area but it didn't have a sign, so I thought it was some sort of retirement home. Then it popped up as an option on Expedia so I reserved. It turned out they had only been open 3 weeks and had just put the sign up 3 days before my stay. Staff was great, breakfast was above average for this type of lodging, all facilities and fixtures looked and felt upscale. Of course, everything was brand new, but it looked like quality...

Our stay was great. The room was clean and employees were friendly. The breakfast was pretty good.

Convenient to I-40, spacious lobby, well kept outside, friendly and helpful desk staff, clean comfortable room. As noted it is on I-40 which makes it a noisy location. Try to get a room on the south (back) side.

Great little place. I usually stay at Marriott’s or Hilton properties and I travel every week. Those kind of hotels weren’t available in this little town. But this place turned out to be a real gem. The big guys could learn something from them.

The fitness center could use some work. Most of the smaller weights 8lb, 10lb, 15lb and 20lb were missing. Only one treadmill and one elliptical. There was a weight machine, but I really needed free weights. There were no towels and no water. Also, no mats and the floor was pretty dirty to sit or lay on for floor work. I could not get the tv's to work either.

The employees were very courteous and professional, we would stay there again!

This is the nicest HIE I have stayed at so far. The property is very well maintained, its rooms are better than other similar hotels, and everything is well looked after. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in person was great. Had a late check in. (Approx 8 pm) and restaurant was already closing. But had a great meal up the road. Only bad thing was cleaning lady came around too early and knocked to see if we were still there.

rt 66 history, keep it going. Not to many left. The price was right and what great history here. DO NOT tear down this place.
