"Courteous management and staff "

"This was an amazing hotel. It was a reasonable price as well. We needed a disability room and it had a roll in shower and they supplied a shower bench/chair on request. My husband said the room was a great size and accomodated his disability. The pool was great for our daughter and we enjoyed the selection of the continental breakfast. The staff were amazing, polite and accommodating. We would definitely stay again. "

"I really liked how clean it was and how many amenities they had. One thing I didn't like was you had the slam the door shut or it wouldn't close so that makes it loud for your neighbours. We could hear doors closing a lot. "

"The hotel is very close to everything, the hotel was good and very quiet on our side, up until the TRAIN at 4,6,8 am lol but otherwise the pool was very quiet and clean and very warm, the beds were comfy and clean. The rooms are dated but very comfortable and worth the price but again very dated, lots of parking and very close to the train which was awesome to get around we got all the way to the zoo and we paid less than 20$. The service on the other hand wasn’t as pleasant due to lots of staff not speaking English, and having asked staff on multiple occasions to bring us pillows and extra towels after 3 days there we never got them. And housekeeping staff don’t really know English either. But otherwise the staff was very friendly. There is no restaurant in this hotel, just so people know because we thought there was one and so did other guest. But overall I give this Trip a 9/10 for the price and location and the experience we had a great time :)"
