"Extremely friendly greeting and very helpful. He opened the door so I could bring in my luggage cart. The hotel is new and in very good and clean shape. The rooms are very thought out and the bathroom is very nice. No noisy. or loud bathroom fan ! They are painting around the shower ( needs to be finished). Apparently they touch up painting every 6 months. It’s right next to the South Portland shopping mall. The only down side was the heater is very loud in room 204. touching up painting around the b"

"The staff was super helpful and friendly. We were in town for a concert. The location was very close but it was cold out and they helped us get to and from the venue topping off a great experience. We will definitely be staying again. "

"Majority of your staff was over the top AMAZING! Your location is very nice, presents a great, fun, safe atmosphere! Easy to walk the area full of everything imaginable. Room was very spacious and clean. Only exception was the shower. Mold spots in the corner that was easily reachable to clean and glass had not been cleaned. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay. "
