"Overall the stay was good, some house keeping needed to be done. Old shampoo bottle left in shower, hair all over the bathroom counter top and floor. The bathroom needs a little TLC recaulking and such. The front desk was helpful and kind. Housekeeping was friendly. "

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Knoxville!"
